Russia Charges Telegram's Durov with Terrorism as France's Separate Case Continues

Durov already faces preliminary charges in France from an August 2024 arrest for allowing criminal activity on Telegram — a platform with over one billion users. Two governments on opposing sides of the Ukraine war now pursue separate cases against the same man.
