Luxon rules Nash out of cabinet but stops short of condemning Jones

Prime Minister Christopher Luxon ruled Stuart Nash out of cabinet over sexist comments about National MP Katie Nimon, without notifying NZ First. But Luxon stopped short of condemning NZ First deputy leader Shane Jones for "knee pads" and "butter chicken tsunami" remarks. Jones remains a Cabinet minister. Chris Bishop said: "Shane is a member of the Cabinet — Stuart Nash is not."
