Residential Proxy Traffic Has Been Exiting the White House Network

Residential proxy traffic has been exiting the White House network (AS2650), according to Layer3 Intel and Synthient, letting outside users appear to connect from the president's office. Layer3 observed it 236 times in 30 days, typically between 5PM ET and midnight. Synthient linked a possible proxy SDK to the watch party app Rave. No breach or compromise has been confirmed.
