OpenAI's Lehane Compares Backing a Data-Center Moratorium to the 2002 Iraq War Vote

In a memo, OpenAI's chief global affairs officer Chris Lehane said backing a data-center moratorium "could well be the 2028 version of the 2002 vote to go to war in Iraq." Politico reported on November 2 that OpenAI is pitching 2028 hopefuls on how to talk about AI.
