SpaceX Veteran Raises $65M to Digitize Wire Harness Manufacturing
Senra, founded in 2023 by former SpaceX engineer Jordan Black, closed a $65 million Series B on July 15, 2026, led by Lowercarbon and Interlagos with backing from Sequoia, General Catalyst, a16z, and Founders Fund. The startup applies software and digital-twin guidance to wire harness assembly—a process largely unchanged since mid-20th century. Senra currently produces 1,000 harnesses monthly and targets 10,000 by 2027. The investor roster signals bets across defense, aerospace, EV, and clean-energy supply chains.
