Bluesky's beta moderation inbox excludes suspensions from in-app appeals

Bluesky is rolling out a moderation inbox in beta. Users can appeal most moderation decisions in the app, but suspensions must still be handled at the login screen, so suspended accounts cannot use the in-app appeal path. The inbox is opt-in via Settings, under Moderation tools, and Bluesky says it starts empty for users who already received a strike.
