Open-source YourOwnWeigh reroutes Withings scale data to user-chosen servers for free

Tom Anthony released YourOwnWeigh, an open-source project that reroutes Withings scale data away from Withings' servers. A web app updates the scale over Bluetooth with alternate firmware so readings upload to a user-chosen server, which can run on a free Cloudflare account. It currently supports two older scale models. Withings now charges new accounts $9.99 monthly for Apple Health sync.
