Investigators examined claims the money originated from US businessman Gary Klopfenstein, whose company Innovyz allegedly routed funds through British firm Spott Fitness. Foreign donations are banned under electoral law. Jenrick, now a Reform MP, denies knowing Klopfenstein or receiving impermissible funds. The party declined to comment specifically on his conduct.
