Xbox Plans Four-Day Office Requirement From February 2027

Xbox is raising its return-to-office requirement from three days a week to four for most employees, according to an internal memo from chief people officer Jacinda Chislum Pearson. Starting February 1, 2027, the rule applies to Puget Sound staff within 50 commuting miles of Studio D. Xbox cited the need for more opportunities to work together.
