Elon Musk ordered a slowdown of SpaceX's military-grade Starlink service that Ukraine relies on, according to the Wall Street Journal, leaving some Ukrainian drones virtually useless. The throttling took effect October 14, the Journal reported. The BBC reports Ukraine says access has improved, but speed limits still disrupt battlefield missions.
