Apple and Meta are collaborating to let developers run Meta's 816-billion-parameter Muse Spark Open locally on high-end Macs. Local inference requires at least 1 terabyte of RAM and runs best on Mac Studio with the M5 Ultra chip, Meta said Oct. 15, 2026. The natively multimodal model offers a 1 million token context window and API access.
