Israel Blocks Construction of Board of Peace Gaza Outpost

Israel has not allowed construction of the Board of Peace's Gaza outpost to proceed as of Oct. 14, 2026, keeping contractors and trucks from entering Gaza. The UN-authorized board, chaired by President Trump, planned the site for 150 troops leading a stabilization force. Board officials expect approval after Israel's Oct. 27 elections.
