Seymour says he would block Willis plan to break up Foodstuffs

ACT leader David Seymour said he would try to stop National's Nicola Willis's plans to break up the Foodstuffs supermarket chain. He made the comment at the ASB finance leaders' debate in Queenstown, before a crowd of 800. The debate brought together finance spokespeople from six parties.
