Louisiana and Oklahoma election offices evacuated after powder mailings

Election offices in Louisiana and Oklahoma were evacuated after receiving mail with a powdery substance, authorities said. The FBI and the Postal Inspection Service, the mail system's law enforcement arm, are investigating suspicious letters to election officials in three states and congressional offices. No harmful substance was found in the Louisiana letter, officials said.
