Getty Images plans prepackaged Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing

Getty Images plans to begin a prepackaged Chapter 11 process in the coming weeks and complete its restructuring by year-end. The company reached a restructuring agreement to go private after its planned Shutterstock merger fell through. It expects no impact on contributors, partners, customers or employees globally.
