ICE officer shot Oscar Belgal in car with son in Marble Hill

An ICE officer shot 28-year-old Oscar Belgal as he sat in his car in Marble Hill with his 5-year-old son in the backseat. NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said Belgal began pulling forward and at least one officer fired seven rounds, hitting Belgal below the left ear. The child was unharmed; Belgal was hospitalized. DHS says Belgal was undocumented.
