Amazon Ends NDAs for Local Government Data Center Deals

Amazon says it will no longer use nondisclosure agreements when negotiating data center deals with local governments. AWS CEO Matt Garman said AWS has stopped using NDAs with government agencies on data center projects, confirmed Oct. 9, 2026.
