Sydney trader wins unfair dismissal case over Singapore work but gets no compensation

Sydney currency trader Charles Graham was unfairly dismissed by Xe in December after working from Singapore without approval, Australia's Fair Work Commission ruled, but awarded him no compensation. Xe required prior approval for overseas work and three office days weekly, and had denied his relocation request. Graham said he extended a holiday after his partner fell ill.
