Unseen 30-hour Jarman shoot archive becomes Queer Edward II
Thirty hours of behind-the-scenes footage shot by Seamus McGarvey on Derek Jarman's 1991 Edward II stayed unseen for decades, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Theo Rollason shaped the archive into Queer Edward II, their directorial feature debut, the outlet reported. The film will screen at the 70th BFI London Film Festival from Oct. 11 after its Venice world premiere.
