Sydney Trader Was Unfairly Dismissed Over Singapore Work, But Gets No Payout

Australia's Fair Work Commission, the workplace tribunal, ruled Xe unfairly dismissed Sydney currency trader Charles Graham in December for working from Singapore without approval, but granted no payout. Xe required approval for overseas work and three office days a week, and had rejected his relocation request. Graham says he extended a holiday after his partner became ill.
