
Northern Ireland Police Contact Sinn Fein in Probe of Blocked Parade
Northern Ireland police contacted Sinn Fein representatives over a protest that blocked an Orange Order parade in Portadown. Sinn Fein confirmed Thursday its members received correspondence. Police called the Sunday protest by about 2,000 people unlawful. The test ahead is whether a power-sharing government can hold while its leaders face investigation.
