Manchester City have been found guilty of breaking Premier League financial rules, the league's limits on spending and reporting money. Writing in BBC Sport on 9 October, Tony Pulis said if the verdict is upheld it will come at heavy cost to club and reputation. City, he noted, have remained firm in denying all charges.
