Victorian Greens launch 2026 campaign with public grocery pledge

The Victorian Greens launched their 2026 state election campaign on Thursday, 8 October, at Fitzroy North community church in Melbourne's inner north. Leader Ellen Sandell centred the pitch on a public grocery pledge. The platform also lists cutting stamp duty, doubling public homes and freezing rents. Sold-out room. Turning volunteers into votes is the test.
