Party leaders focus campaign on Auckland ahead of 7 November election

Party leaders have weighted campaign time to Auckland ahead of the 7 November election, RNZ reported. Auckland holds a third of New Zealand's population. Labour leader Chris Hipkins said Labour did not do as well in Auckland at the last election as it had hoped, after safe seats flipped to National or came close in 2023.
