Nevada GOP House nominee cited Bronze Star for Valor he did not receive

Republican nominee David Flippo for Nevada's 2nd District was described in campaign fundraising appeals and video as a Bronze Star for Valor recipient, though he did not receive the V device for valor. Flippo said a young staffer mixed up the word valor and said his grandkids put V pins on his hat in a campaign photo.
