Labour on about 31 percent in RNZ poll ahead of first debate

Labour is on about 31 percent in the RNZ-Reid Research poll, holding the top spot, RNZ reported. It said the poll was the first released during the election campaign and comes ahead of TVNZ's first leaders' debate between Chris Hipkins and Christopher Luxon. Reid Research surveyed 1,000 eligible voters online between 24 September and 1 October, RNZ reported.
