Sudan Army Conditions US Peace Plan on Full RSF Withdrawal From Cities

Sudan's army said July 9 it would only accept a U.S. peace plan requiring full Rapid Support Forces withdrawal from cities. Documents cited in July showed the U.S. proposal called for limited withdrawals prioritizing North Darfur and North Kordofan. The war has expanded to 13 of Sudan's 18 states and displaced 14 million people.
