Christa Pike survives Tennessee lethal injection, remains on ventilator

Tennessee's Sept. 30 lethal-injection attempt failed after Christa Pike survived two doses of pentobarbital. She was moved from prison to hospital, where she remains unconscious on a ventilator. Gov. Bill Lee has suspended executions for the rest of the year pending an independent review.
