Good Family Files Two Lawsuits Over Fatal Minneapolis ICE Shooting

Becca Good and Brent Ganger, partner and brother of Renee Good, filed two lawsuits Oct. 1, 2026, over her January fatal shooting by federal immigration agent in Minneapolis during Operation Metro Surge. The suits allege recklessness and civil rights violations, seek jury trials and damages, and are described as the first major civil actions over the winter deportation crackdown there.
