National would revisit private investment in Kiwibank if re-elected

Finance spokesperson Nicola Willis said on 1 October National would, if re-elected, revisit allowing local private capital into state-owned Kiwibank to help it challenge major Australian banks. She called it a "win-win solution", according to RNZ, saying safeguards would keep it in New Zealand ownership.
