National would revisit private investment in Kiwibank

Finance spokesperson Nicola Willis said on 1 October National would, if re-elected, look again at letting New Zealand private investors buy a stake, or share, in state-owned Kiwibank. She told RNZ it was a 'win-win solution' to help it compete with the major Australian banks, with rules to keep it in New Zealand ownership.
