Manchester City hid over £830m with sham deals, panel finds

An independent commission said Manchester City arranged sham commercial contracts to disguise more than £830m in secret funding. The Premier League said the club systematically broke its rules for nearly a decade. The panel found City breached the majority of rules charged. City have until 2 October to appeal.
