Gaza archaeologists rescue over 1,700 artefacts from tent in Khan Younis

The Mayasem Association's Guardians of Heritage team has rescued more than 1,700 historical pieces from four Gaza museum collections, operating from a tent in al-Mawasi, Khan Younis. Shaimaa Mohammad al-Natour is assistant coordinator of the programme recovering at-risk artefacts. Maintaining inventories in displacement will decide how much history remains identifiable.
