NZ accused of breaching climate commitments in EU trade deal

A Dutch organisation has lodged the first complaint through the European Commission's Single Entry Point alleging New Zealand breached the EU-NZ free trade agreement. According to RNZ, it alleges New Zealand weakened environmental protections to encourage trade or investment and failed to effectively implement the Paris Agreement.
