Dutch group lodges first EU trade climate complaint against NZ

Dutch environmental group Both ENDS has lodged a complaint with the European Commission alleging New Zealand breached climate commitments in its EU free trade agreement, according to RNZ. It claims New Zealand failed to effectively implement the Paris Agreement and weakened environmental protections. Both ENDS says it is the first climate complaint through the Single Entry Point mechanism.
