Protego Ventures closed its $125 million debut fund for Israeli defense tech, TechCrunch reported September 29, 2026. The two-year-old firm, led by Lital Leshem and Lee Moser, calls itself Israel's first and largest dedicated defense-tech VC. It plans $5 million to $50 million checks. The total came in below its $150 million target.
