UK pledges ban on settlement goods and curb on services to settlements

British Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband pledged on 28 September 2026 at Labour's conference to ban imports from illegal Israeli settlements and disrupt British finance, construction and services links to them. He called Israel's actions 'a stain on the conscience of the world' and said Britain will 'match word with action' on Palestinian rights.
