Trump Asked Xi If China Wants to Buy U.S. Arms, Ambassador Says

U.S. Ambassador David Perdue said President Trump asked Chinese President Xi Jinping "if he would like to buy some arms," adding Trump says "we sell arms to other people around the world." Perdue spoke on Fox News Sunday. U.S. law and embargoes since the 1989 Tiananmen crackdown prohibit such sales to China.
