Giant Pandas Ping Ping and Fu Shuang Arrive at Zoo Atlanta

Ping Ping, male, and Fu Shuang, female, landed at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on September 27, 2026 aboard a FedEx Panda Express Boeing 777 for a 10-year assignment at Zoo Atlanta. Both were born at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding. Xi Jinping announced the transfer September 24. They remain in routine quarantine behind the scenes.
