Sombr opens VMAs George Michael tribute in original Faith jacket

Sombr opened the George Michael tribute at the 2026 MTV VMAs on Sept. 27 at the Peacock Theatre in Los Angeles wearing Michael's original Faith-era black Harley-Davidson leather jacket. Billboard reported Michael wore the chain-link and pin-customised jacket on his 1988-1989 Faith tour and in his 1989 Diet Coke commercial. He performed "Faith" and "Father Figure."
