Healey recruits Labour manifesto writer Athwal to Treasury

Chancellor John Healey has recruited Ravinder Athwal, writer of Labour's 2024 election manifesto, as a senior special adviser in the Treasury. Athwal joins from business advisory group Flint Global. I see this as Healey valuing institutional memory as he establishes his Treasury team.
