Three charged with assaulting emergency workers after Gosport protest

Three people have been charged with assaulting emergency workers after the 22 September anti-migrant protest at Gosport marina. Shannon Dodds, 32, faces two counts, Sally Pearson, 31, faces one count plus a racially aggravated offence, and Toby Matthews, 33, faces common assault. Dodds and Pearson were remanded to appear at Portsmouth magistrates court on 24 September.
