Harris says midterms could be 'stopgap' on Trump in Detroit

Former Vice President Kamala Harris said the midterms could be a 'stopgap' on Trump while campaigning with Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed in Detroit on Sept. 22. El-Sayed said he wanted the stop to bring together Democrats, according to AP reporting.
