Harris says next election could put brakes on Trump

Former Vice President Kamala Harris said next year’s elections — the vote held halfway through a president’s term — could act like brakes on Trump. She said it Sept. 22 in Detroit while campaigning with Abdul El-Sayed, who is running as a Democrat for Senate in Michigan. El-Sayed said the visit aimed to bring Democrats together, the AP reported.
