Whistleblower claims Education Ministry staff told not to write things down to avoid OIA

The Education Ministry insider who leaked video of official Catherine Law warning staff material was "OIA-able" claims verbal orders not to write things down happened six or seven times a year. Education Minister Erica Stanford said there had been no attempts to circumvent the OIA and called the source ideologically-driven.
