Whistleblower: Ministry staff told to avoid writing things down

An Education Ministry insider who leaked video of official Catherine Law saying material was "OIA-able" says staff were verbally told not to put things in writing six or seven times a year. Minister Erica Stanford said no one tried to get around the Official Information Act, and called the source ideologically-driven.
