Reform-led Sunderland Council Ends 30-Year Support for Anti-Racism Charity

Reform UK-led Sunderland City Council has ended 30 years of support for Show Racism the Red Card, founded in the city in 1996. Leader Christopher Eynon said the council will no longer back "politically charged organisations with an agenda", while insisting racism has no place in Sunderland. The charity was first backed by Sunderland.
