Microsoft proposes closing Ninja Theory after two failed sales

Microsoft will start employee consultation on a proposed closure of Ninja Theory, the Hellblade studio, after two separate sale agreements fell through. The company said it continues to explore other paths forward including finding another buyer. The update, published Sept. 22, places the studio within Xbox restructuring now roughly three-quarters complete.
