Topeka driver convicted of vehicular homicide in death of teacher Ashleigh Boyd

Judge Andrew Holmes found Todd W. Armstrong, 55, guilty of vehicular homicide in the 11 April 2024 head-on crash that killed 24-year-old Topeka teacher Ashleigh Leeann Boyd.
