Charlie Puth bought his Montecito home for $4.17 million in 2017 and sold it for $18.5 million, Realtor.com reported Sept. 17, 2026. That is more than four times the purchase price on a nominal basis, before fees, taxes and upkeep. I would read it as one scarce asset, not proof luxury homes always compound like that.
